Nursing Specialist HF / FH Night Shift, Thurvita Care, Fürstenau 40-80%

• You work with geriatric patients in the bridging service and prepare them for their return home
• People in the last phase of life are individually and competently cared for and supported in our palliative care service
• Long-term residents find a livable home on the ward
  
• As a permanent night watch, you are responsible for a high-quality implementation, evaluation, and documentation of care at night
• You are the professional contact person for colleagues from other departments

• You have a diploma recognized in Switzerland as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH and very good German skills
• We welcome further training in palliative care or the willingness to further educate yourself in this field
• You bring your solid nursing expertise into the varied nights
• You are enthusiastic about both relationship work and complex medical-technical activities
• Your empathy is your trademark
