Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Great Responsibility

• In this role, you are responsible for a small team of 5 employees. You are in close contact with our turning shop and responsible for the production of all milled components. CNC machines
• with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls are available to you. You are familiar with new programming techniques using
• Mastercam and Inventor-CAM, and your basic technical understanding enables you to independently program work from drawings and implement it with your team.
• Close collaboration with production planning, design, and turning shop
• Estimating setup and machining times
• Independent programming with Inventor CAM from STEP, STL, IPT, DXF, or drawing
• Setting up and operating CNC machines / initial sample inspection
• Choosing the right tools, running in the program, and releasing for production
• Ensuring timely and dimensionally accurate production of components
• Preparing and setting up workstations for team members

• Completed apprenticeship as a certified polymechanic
• Solid industry experience
• Precise and efficient working style
• Customer-friendly demeanor
