We are looking for a
Operations Staff Service / Front of House 60% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take care of the cafeteria during service hours
- You are responsible for the mise en place at the buffet and in the guest area
- You are the contact person for guests; competently answer questions and concerns
- Perform replenishment and tidying tasks as well as general cleaning work
- Assist at the coffee bar and support internal catering / events
Your profile
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in gastronomy or a service profession, e.g. as a service employee or in sales
- You are team-oriented and have an efficient way of working with the highest standards of quality
- You are a positive and service-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance
- Good German and English skills (spoken and written) to communicate flawlessly with customers
