Your Tasks
- Professional key person work in the interdisciplinary core team
- Co-design of a milieu-therapeutic setting and promotion of a supportive environment
- Active participation in a multimodal, interprofessional treatment
- Design of daily structures as well as conducting leisure activities with the adolescents
- Close cooperation with other departments of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Participation in the implementation of individual treatment plans
- Commitment in the 24-hour operation in all shifts
- Competent and empathetic action in emergency situations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH with SBFI recognition
- Experience in child, youth and family work or in psychiatric care
- Strong interest in the further development of therapeutic offers and in interdisciplinary cooperation
- High motivation, willingness to learn and resilience
- Enjoyment in working with young people in challenging situations
- Good communication skills, empathy and patience in dealing with patients, relatives and team members
- Further training or experience in leading groups, ideally in DBT, is an advantage
