Your exciting area of responsibility
- You will take on the role of the central point of contact (SPOC) for all analytical activities in the project context – internally as well as externally – from development (DEV) through analytical development (ADV) to the preparation of the PPQ phase.
- You will lead the analytical project team and be responsible for the quality, cost, and timely implementation of all analytical work packages.
- You will handle project and resource planning, including the procurement of internal resources.
- You will monitor project progress, report regularly to stakeholders, and initiate appropriate escalation measures early in case of analytical challenges.
- You will actively participate in evaluation processes – with a clear focus on economic and customer-oriented solutions – and contribute to the further development of analytical strategies.
Your profile
- Completed studies in analytical chemistry or a related field
- Many years of experience (≥ 5 years) in managing development projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with responsibility across multiple project phases
- Good communication skills in addressing analytical questions
- Experience and enjoyment in instrumental analytics (HPLC, GC, MS)
- Good MS Office skills
- An independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
- Reliable, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
