Your tasks

Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of an SMT production line (paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow oven, and AOI)
Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on machines
Support in optimizing production processes
Support in setting up and converting machines for different series.
Participation in the implementation of continuous improvement processes (CIP) to increase efficiency

Your qualities

Completed technical training or professional experience in electronics, mechatronics, or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the SMD area
Good knowledge of manual soldering according to IPC-A-610
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Very good teamwork and communication skills
High quality awareness
Suitability for night work (willingness to alternate early and late shifts)
High sense of responsibility and reliability
