Tasks
- You create and implement an optimal FM organization in the Perry Center and plan maintenance including third-party companies
- You are cost-conscious and create and monitor the ancillary cost budget and assist with multi-year planning
- You ensure the safety of people and assets in the center
- You apply your skills in setting up and dismantling our diverse center events and occasions
- You lead a small team
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or a craft apprenticeship (e.g. building services, electrical, sanitary/heating or ventilation technician)
- Leadership experience and strategic thinking and acting is a plus
- Administrative tasks are easy for you
- You have a category B driving license
- You are flexible in terms of time based on the shopping center's opening hours
