- Good IT skills and proficiency in German.

Activation Specialist EFZ or HF 40-50% starting from November 1, 2025, or by agreement. We expect:
- Completed training as an activation specialist EFZ or HF (preferable)
- Joy and understanding in dealing with older, care-dependent people
- Independent, motivated, initiative, and creative personality
- Good German language skills
- Good IT user skills
- Organization and implementation of activation therapeutic offers for the residents of our institution in group and individual care
- Cross-departmental collaboration, especially with colleagues from the nursing service,
