- Ensuring monthly reporting as well as managing business management reports, analyses, and statistics for the Managing Director and their leadership team
- Developing project and result planning and the resulting plan/actual deviations as well as proposing corrective measures
- Ensuring budget and planning processes including forecasts
- Timely preparation and internal coordination of financial statements
- Assisting in the digitization and optimization of financial processes and supporting the expansion of the internal control system
- Professional/university degree with a focus on business administration/controlling or a comparable business education
- About 5 years of professional experience in controlling or a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP (FI/CO), and ideally Power BI
- A high understanding of business contexts combined with very good analytical skills, especially in project controlling
- Goal-oriented, flexible, and efficient working style with high self-motivation
- Native German speaker as well as very good English skills
- Work location: Bern or Wallisellen
