Project Manager Road Maintenance

Are you familiar with road and civil engineering and already have experience in maintenance? Would you like to be responsible for projects from planning to implementation in a diverse region (from the Töss Valley to the Zurich Wine Country)? Then actively shape the roads in the Canton of Zurich and become part of our well-coordinated team.

Your tasks

• You lead road maintenance projects in Region III and accompany them from planning to realization.
• You coordinate planners, internal specialist departments, and external stakeholders.
• You ensure sustainable, safe, and high-quality implementation of construction projects.
• You identify risks early and make forward-looking decisions.
• You represent projects to municipalities, residents, and other stakeholders.

Your profile

• Degree as a civil engineer or construction manager, ideally in road and civil engineering, or equivalent education
• Solid experience in maintenance, project management, and coordination.
• Independent, forward-looking working style and enjoyment of responsibility.
• Ability to efficiently manage complex projects and integrate different interests.
• Confident demeanor in communication with municipalities, planners, and affected persons.
