About the job

Head of Controlling Department 80% - 100%
  • Reporting to the Head of the Finance & Purchasing Department, you actively participate in managing the economic performance of CIMO's activities and optimizing financial processes.
  • In this role, you supervise, lead, and support a team of 4 management controllers in achieving their objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, latest estimates, and the definition of service rates.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects, particularly related to reporting tools and the digitalization of financial processes.
  • Coordinate monthly closing operations in close collaboration with the Head of Accounting.
  • Ensure the monitoring and evolution of SAP financial modules.
  • Ensure compliance and effectiveness of the internal control system.
  • Conduct and analyze studies related to investment projects.
  • Higher education in business management, controlling, or accounting.
  • Excellent command of SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, PP, PS modules).
  • Advanced level in Excel and Power BI.
  • Proven experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment or the electrical sector.
  • Strong interest or proven experience in team management.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to unite, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and synthesis ability.
  • Sense of priorities and proactive attitude.
