To expand the care pool, we are looking for dedicated staff for the guest placement offer with hotel character in Emmen-Rathausen. The offer takes place 1-2 times a month, from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. You can flexibly coordinate the frequency of your assignments with us.

This is what you can expect |

• Care and support for guests in the facility
• Ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere
• Support in using the offered leisure activities such as crafting, playing, watching TV, or going on excursions
• Assisting guests in using sanitary facilities and, if necessary, with mobilization
• Handling emergency call systems and ensuring a quick response in emergencies
• Documentation of care and the well-being of guests
• Close collaboration with the team to optimally meet the needs of the guests

This is what you bring |

• Completed training as FABE/FAGE/Social Educator/Care Professional
• Previous experience in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities or in the care sector
• Great flexibility, resilience, and composure
• Enjoyment in engaging with new people in a short time
• High social competence and independence
