• Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone or email
• Creating CAD designs for individual customer solutions in close cooperation with the engineering team
• Calculating and revising offers to ensure the best solutions for our customers
• Conducting order negotiations with customers and contract partners to successfully complete projects
• Project support during the planning phase to ensure smooth processes
• Maintaining and expanding the customer network – especially supporting our customers in Ticino and Italy

• A completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a draftsman/draftswoman, designer, or comparable)
• Technical further education at HF/FH level in mechanical engineering or construction is an advantage
• Solid CAD skills to design individual customer solutions
• An independent working style combined with initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
• A communicative and open personality with strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Fluent German and Italian skills are mandatory to optimally support our international customers
