• Personnel and technical leadership of up to 10 employees
• Co-responsibility for safety according to SUVA guidelines
• Quality control of the work performed
• Co-responsible for meeting deadlines and hourly budgets
• Assistance in optimizing setup, production, and throughput times
• Definition and management of material packages for assembly
• Create deployment planning
• Collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, commissioning, production planning, logistics, and procurement
• Support with assembly activities

• Completed technical training (e.g., in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with SUVA guidelines and occupational safety
• Experience in personnel and technical team leadership
• Motivation and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational and planning skills
• Resilience and flexibility
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliability and integrity
