Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for the timely procurement of raw, packaging, auxiliary, and operating materials including budget responsibility
- Selection of suitable suppliers as well as building and maintaining long-term, partnership-based relationships
- Independent execution of tenders and contract negotiations with foresight and sustainability
- Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and development for continuous improvement of products and processes
- Monitoring of inventory levels, deadlines, and costs
Your profile:
- Experience in purchasing, ideally in the food or brewing industry
- Enjoyment of sustainable solutions, regional networks, and high-quality products
- Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
- Negotiation skills, decisiveness, and confident appearance
- Knowledge of ERP or SAP systems
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
