We are looking for a Junior Site Manager GU/TU (New Construction) for the Zurich region with a workplace in Opfikon. Exciting projects await you with us, ranging from commercial and residential buildings to high-rises and industrial and data center buildings, offering you a modern working environment. Furthermore, modern working methods such as LEAN Construction and BIM are not just theory for us but are comprehensively and consistently implemented in our projects.

What you will do

• Introduction to the planning and organization of complex construction projects
• Participation in the coordination and realization of construction projects up to turnkey handover
• Monitoring of construction execution and participation in negotiations with subcontractors, clients, and authorities
• Optimization of construction processes as well as responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs
• Close collaboration with experienced colleagues who will guide and support you

• Basic training in construction (e.g., structural/civil engineering draftsman) or activity as a construction foreman with further training goal (e.g., certified site manager, technician TS/HF) or completed architecture or civil engineering studies
• First professional experience in practice

• Strong communication skills and commitment
