As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Carrying out professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
- Supporting the service team in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation
- Preparing events, especially setting up tables and chairs, laying tables, and performing mise en place
- Ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience; experience in luxury hospitality desirable
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Very confident German and English skills, additional foreign language advantageous
