Job Description

MAIN MISSIONS:

You have a highly developed sense of service, team spirit, and are very customer-oriented.

You are motivated, dynamic, available, flexible, autonomous, and concerned with providing our clientele a high level of service every day... come join our team at the ibis Crissier hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the authority of the head chef, the chef de partie contributes overall to customer satisfaction by offering attentive service adapted to customer constraints. The chef de partie is responsible for the following main elements:

• Preparation of mise en place
• Assistance in creating seasonal menus
• Management of à la carte service
• Monitoring cleaning and HACCP standards
• Order management
• Replacement of the head chef during absences

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality and/or catering
• Team spirit and ability to work autonomously
• Listening and anticipation skills
• Good presentation and speech
• Dynamic
• Fluency in French
• Knowledge of hygiene rules (HACCP)
