Your tasks

Deputy Head HR Service Center (HR SC)

Ensure and carry out the monthly UAFP payroll run

Participate in various HR projects

Ensure quality management and the internal control system (ICS)

Ensure the interface to finance and controlling

Advise HR Business Partners, employees, and supervisors on all administrative matters

Optimize HR Service Center processes

Create instructions and manuals

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

Promote continuous training and further education of HR SC employees

Optional: Act as superuser for the HR IT systems SAP, HCM, and UKA & Carema

Your profile

Qualified HR specialist with a federal certificate or equivalent tertiary education FH or postgraduate studies in HRM

Further training in social insurance

SAP payroll experience in payroll processing and salary accounting

Good knowledge of labor and social insurance law

Leadership experience in an HR Service Center is an advantage

Very good MS Office skills as well as desired good user knowledge of ERP HR systems (ONE HCM, SAP Payroll, MS Navision, PolyPoint, UKA)

Goal-oriented personality with solid assertiveness, implementation strength, and good communication skills

Solution-oriented, proactive, and pragmatic attitude as well as process-oriented and structured thinking

Service-oriented and efficient working style with a high quality awareness
