We are a successful and innovative family business with around 100 employees. As a technical wholesaler based in Aarau, we operate in the fields of hose technology, hydraulics, and drive technology.

For our Logistics Department, we are looking for a motivated personality as

Logistics Specialist Outbound with Area Responsibility 100% (all)

Your main tasks

• Control and coordination of daily business in picking and shipping in cooperation with the control center
• Responsibility for order volume and prioritization in your own area
• Picking of small parts, meter goods, technical hoses, steel pipes, and workshop orders
• Ensuring timely preparation and handover of all shipments (mail, truck, delivery service, In-Night)
• Triggering replenishment, stock control, and documentation of deviations
• Compliance with and further development of defined processes as well as support in the continuous improvement process (CIP, 5S)
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, occupational safety, and machine maintenance in your own area
• Support in training apprentices and onboarding new employees
• Operational deputy for team management in daily business including short-term personnel scheduling
• Active participation in operational business and promotion of a positive team climate
   

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or higher education
• Several years of professional experience in logistics / picking, ideally in a leadership or area responsibility role
• Enjoyment of hands-on work in daily business
• Organizational talent with pronounced sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality with a role model function
• Resilient even in hectic phases and willing to take responsibility
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness for continuous development and participation in the improvement process (CIP, 5S)
