Your Tasks
- Medical leadership and supervision in acute neurology, including stroke care, emergency neurology, and diagnostics
- Co-responsibility for neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation as well as further neurological rehabilitation (phases B–D)
- Further development of existing treatment concepts according to modern quality and care standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with intensive care, neurosurgery, geriatrics, therapy, and nursing
- Supervision, guidance, and further development of medical junior staff
- Participation in organizational and strategic development processes of the clinic
Your Profile
- Specialist in neurology
- Several years of experience in acute neurology and/or neurological rehabilitation
- Willingness to responsibly manage both acute neurology and neurological rehabilitation
- Strong team and leadership skills
- High professional expertise, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
- Empathy in dealing with patients and relatives as well as a cooperative leadership style
- Desirable but not mandatory: additional qualification in intensive care medicine and/or experience in neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation (phase B)
