THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

You are responsible for 1st level support for various business applications (ERP Bison Process as well as surrounding systems such as Infoniqa)
You take over the telephone service, analyze incidents, and develop solutions in the team and/or together with 2nd level support
You test releases and hotfixes
You participate in projects as a representative of the operations organization and ensure the orderly handover to operations
You specialize in individual applications and actively support your team colleagues in finding solutions
You take on additional tasks, on-call duties if needed, and support all activities relevant to the smooth functioning of 1st level support

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

You want to work in the Sursee, Puidoux, or Bern area?
You have completed vocational training, preferably with further education in computer science or business administration
Your experience in application support (1st and/or 2nd level support) is considered an advantage
Service-oriented thinking and acting come easily to you and are a matter of course
With your analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach, you skillfully juggle various customer inquiries
As an outgoing and communicative personality with German as your native language (spoken and written), you quickly gain the trust of new contacts
French language skills are a big plus, as we also offer French-speaking support
