Service Technician Ventilation

About the job

Nilan develops and produces energy-efficient and environmentally friendly ventilation and heat pump solutions of the highest quality, which ensure a healthy indoor climate in residential and workspaces with low energy consumption.

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for an independent, committed, and professionally competent individual.

Your Tasks

• Commissioning of ventilation systems
• Carrying out maintenance and service work
• Troubleshooting ventilation systems
• Performing on-site installations and assembly work at the customer’s premises
• Technical advice and support for our customers as well as sales staff
• Contact person and interface for installers, end customers, field service, and internal departments
• Clarification and handling of technical issues

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the ventilation, heating, or refrigeration sector
• Ideally, professional experience in the service or maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems
• Good PC skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
• Resilience, flexibility, and pleasant manners
