These are your tasks:
- Planning, coordination, and ensuring timely and smooth national and international deliveries
- Timely data processing and invoice creation in SAP
- Recording shipments and preparing all necessary freight and shipping documents
- Close communication and coordination with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
- Coordination of internal goods traffic
- Support in the area of logistics controlling
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in forwarding and logistics services – alternatively several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good SAP knowledge, especially in the shipping area, as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Knowledge of customs clearance and willingness to support the customs officer are advantageous
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong sense of responsibility, high reliability, and commitment
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and strong communication skills
