A job that begins where people reach their limits.
You are empathetic, professional, and keep an overview even in complex situations? Then we are looking for you. As Head of Clinical Social Work, you lead a team of 3 social workers (2.1 full-time positions) and 2 people in holiday cover. Your team individually and personally supports patients where social challenges, problems, or crises are part of the psychiatric treatment mandate. Your work thus makes a decisive contribution to holistic care. In our clinic, our interprofessional teams treat people with psychiatric disorders who need more intensive support, and this is exactly where you come in: with team leadership, expertise, sensitivity, and composure.
