Construction Cost Planner - Focus on Facade / Building Envelope (m/f/d)

To strengthen ourconstruction cost planning team in the North/West region, we are looking for you as a construction cost planner with a focus on facade / building envelope. In this role, you will work closely with calculation, project teams, external specialists, and subcontractors and contribute significantly to the cost certainty and quality of our general contractor/total contractor (GU/TU) offers.

What you will do

• You independently calculate facades and building envelopes within the scope of GU/TU offer processing.
• You review tenders for technical and financial optimization opportunities.
• You lead and coordinate external specialists, planners, and subcontractors in the building envelope area.
• You prepare tender documents for subcontractor offers and contracts.
• You support the offer team with scheduling, negotiations, and optimizing execution details.

Why you will succeed

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in facade planning, facade cost planning, or construction management with a focus on building envelopes.
• Experience in facade or window construction companies is a plus.
• You work in a structured, responsible manner and have a strong technical understanding.
• You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written.
