Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing Independent Programming with Mastercam on the 5-Axis Machining Center TBFZ
Activities
- Independent programming with Mastercam on the 5-axis machining center TBFZ (Heidenhain TNC 640) or at the
- CAM workstation (SolidCAM)
- Setup and operation of deep drilling machines (ELB deep drilling)
- Manufacture of clamping gauges and fixtures
- Application and selection of optimal operating resources / tools
- Monitoring of process parameters, optimization of throughput time and quality
- Performing and documenting quality controls
- Support in honing and turning (conventional/CNC) if needed
- Maintenance and care of machines and associated work and measuring equipment
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the machining sector
- Good knowledge of Heidenhain control advantageous
- CAM experience advantageous, preferably Mastercam
- "Hands-on mentality", passion for mechanical problem solving and motivation to deepen expertise in a specialized field
- Strong quality awareness as well as efficient and precise working method
