In this key role, you will manage the financial performance of our production area and actively shape processes and tools. You analyze, plan, advise – and bring your expertise to an experienced team.
Your area of responsibility
- You develop a smart key figure system for more profitability and efficiency in the operations area
- You ensure a precise cost accounting and sound manufacturing cost calculation
- You provide management with clear analyses, reports, and recommendations for action
- You design planning processes, manage them persistently, and optimize our controlling instruments
- You are a sparring partner for all business management questions in the operations area
Your profile
- Training in business administration/controlling (university/technical college)
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment
- Analytical sharpness, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
- Assertive, persistent, and solution-oriented
- Very good Excel and SAP skills (CO, MM), Power BI is an advantage
- German at native speaker level, English fluent in spoken and written
