You actively shape the setup (we support you, if desired, in the search for a location) and subsequently bear the full entrepreneurial responsibility for the operational and economic success of your business. You operate as an independent entrepreneur within a proven framework.
Your tasks – Your entrepreneurial responsibility:
- Location setup/search: Active support and coordination of the founding and opening phase of your business location - with support from us.
- Independent operational management: You independently control all processes of your business and ensure a smooth operation.
- Overall financial responsibility: You are responsible for budgeting, cost control, pricing, and achieving the economic goals of your location. You manage your own accounting.
- Management of core processes: Efficient organization and monitoring of housekeeping, facility management, and maintenance.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction: Even in a digital environment, you create a positive guest experience and take care of their concerns.
- Team leadership: Hiring, leading, and motivating your local (small) team, primarily in the area of housekeeping.
- Local market presence: You represent your business on-site and set local sales and marketing impulses - supported by existing marketing materials and concepts.
- Utilization of systems: You work efficiently with the provided digital tools such as booking systems or self check-in technology.
- Reporting: Regular exchange with us about relevant key figures and developments.
Your profile – The born entrepreneur and host (m/f/d):
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit: You think and act like an owner. You are decisive, risk-aware, and success-oriented. The desire for independence drives you.
- Background & ambition: Ideally, you come from the gastronomy or hotel industry or bring a strong affinity for the hospitality industry as a career changer. Perhaps you already run a catering business and want to expand it into profitable room rentals or are looking for a way to efficiently and contemporarily operate a classic inn or bed & breakfast with rooms. A specific hotel training is not necessarily required thanks to our structured concept, but of course, it is an advantage.
- Financial basis: You have the necessary financial resources or a solid financing plan to take over a business (purchase/lease) and make the initial investments for implementation.
- Hands-on mentality: You like to get involved, master operational challenges, and live hospitality with passion – qualities that are found in gastronomy and are also crucial for success in the accommodation sector.
- Organizational talent & process orientation: You can structure, optimize, and manage processes efficiently.
- Digital affinity: You are open to technology and use digital tools to increase efficiency.
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
