Your Tasks
- You are responsible for leading the project team assigned to you
- Independent management and execution of customer projects from planning to successful completion while adhering to quality, safety, environmental, and economic requirements
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of additional orders and new business opportunities
- Responsibility for quotations, interim and final billing as well as deployment, resource, and project planning
- Ensuring target achievement regarding turnover, billing rate, liquidity, and timely reporting
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ and further training as an electrical project manager in installation and safety with a federal diploma or the willingness and readiness to complete the further training
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the electrical industry with corresponding project and leadership responsibility
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a high quality standard and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and a pronounced quality standard
- You are proficient in German in spoken and written form and can communicate orally in French
