Your Tasks
The new assessment bed ward in the Lindenhof Emergency Center has been in operation since January 2026 and has 11 treatment places. Here, patients who have come through the emergency department and are expected to be hospitalized for 24-36 hours are cared for and monitored.
- You take over the needs-oriented care and support of patients who either require extensive emergency assessments or are waiting for a definitive room assignment
- You organize, design, and manage the entire nursing process – including recording material and care services – with the support of the hospital information system KISIM
- You work closely and interprofessionally with the teams of the assessment bed ward as well as the emergency department
- You perform shifts including weekends
Your Profile
- You are a certified nurse HF/FH with further training in monitoring care and experience in the acute sector
- You handle changing and demanding patient situations confidently and competently. The well-being of patients is at the center of your actions
- You are an independent, responsible, and resilient personality
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, work team-oriented, and value a dynamic work environment
