About the job
For the Center for Forensic Psychiatry inpatient (ZFPS) we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You work on a high-security ward and switch between small group settings and individual settings
- You treat and care for patients from the penal system for crisis intervention and measures
- You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participate in treatment planning, daily structuring, and shaping the living environment
- You work both rehabilitatively and preventively to avoid future offenses
- You maintain contact with relatives and authorities
- You ensure the well-being of our patients in a three-shift system
- You are co-responsible for the training of apprentices within the framework of the training mandate
Profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and preferably have professional experience in psychiatry
- Your attitude towards offenders is appreciative and risk-aware
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- You possess exceptionally high social skills
- You have pronounced communication skills
- You are characterized by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
