What you will achieve- Lead electrical installation teams as well as diverse projects in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial sectors
- Coordinate work with construction management, suppliers, and craftsmen from other trades
- Perform new installations, maintenance work, and repairs
- Pass on expertise to employees and trainees in a targeted manner
- Completed basic training as an electrician EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
- Several years of professional experience and preferably leadership experience
- Good IT application skills (Microsoft 365 etc.)
- Very good German skills (spoken & written)
- Driver's license category B
