Leadership & Strategy

·      Management of the Quality Management department

·      Participation in the extended management team

·      Further development and cross-site harmonization of the
       quality management system

Technical responsibility according to AMBV

·      Assumption of technical management of the Schlieren site and GMP manufacturing at         USZ and KSW

·      Decision-making on product releases, process safety, and regulatory compliance

·      Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including controlled substances

Quality Assurance & Audits

·      Implementation of GMP/GDP compliant processes

·      Coordination of internal and external audits (Swissmedic, cantonal, suppliers)

·      Organization and promotion of training and further education within the QM team

Reporting & KPI

·      Collection of key figures and leadership of the QM committee

·      Participation in contract design with contract manufacturers

·      University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field

·      Recognition as a technically responsible person according to AMBV

·      Leadership experience in a GMP environment

·      Decisiveness, communication skills, and quality awareness
