Our Legal and Compliance department is responsible for the legal advice of the business units, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks.
What you enthusiastically do
- You take over the monitoring and coordination of the outstanding issues arising from audits by FINMA, internal audit, and the external audit firm
- You consolidate the implementation status of these outstanding issues and prepare recipient-appropriate reporting for management and other committees
- You coordinate FINMA inquiries within the bank, ensure timely responses, and act as an interface between the specialist departments
- You create and design presentations, analyses, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- You independently perform other administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master in Law, Business Law, Economics) or higher professional training
- You have experience in the financial industry or a good basic understanding of financial topics
- You possess strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and precise expression
- You demonstrate digital affinity and have experience with data evaluations and modern tools (e.g., MS365, especially Excel pivot tables, Confluence, Jira)
- You convince with your independent, proactive, and service-oriented working style and have confident German skills (spoken and written) and preferably also French skills
