Skills
- Completed commercial training; sales or business education is a plus.
- Fluent in German, good English and French skills are advantageous.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.

About the job
What to expect
- Administrative support for key account management and sales management in all matters
- You handle sales inquiries by phone and email and are responsible for order and quotation processing including new customer acquisition and master data maintenance
- Credit note processing as well as clarifications regarding delivery dates, availability and returns with internal interfaces
- Maintenance and updating of data in the CRM system
- Ensuring professional telephone and written customer service
- Management of mailboxes as well as general administrative tasks
- Creation of sales documents and evaluations as well as support for projects and trade fair appearances
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as logistics and sales
What you bring with you
- You have completed a commercial basic training; sales and/or business administration training is an advantage
- Experience in internal sales or direct customer contact (B2B is an advantage)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is required; good English and French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Independent, precise and service-oriented way of working
- Resilient, team-oriented personality with organizational skills
- Enjoyment of customer contact and communication as well as flexibility and humor even in hectic situations characterize you
