Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), social worker/social pedagogue (m/f/d), or educator (m/f/d)
- Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to work independently, resilience, and personal commitment
- Social competence, communication skills, and stress resistance, enthusiasm for innovation and flexibility
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
