About the job

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex. For our long-term care at the Brühlgut Senior Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 100 residents and 30 tenants in assisted living, we are looking for a reliable and committed nursing specialist with extended responsibilities from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Holistic, needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support of the residents

Analyzing complex care and support situations, initiating measures

Work shifts in early and late shifts

Your Profile

Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or corresponding SRK recognition

Independent and responsible working style

Confident PC user skills

Good oral and written German skills

RAI knowledge is an advantage
