Apprenticeship Management
You take full responsibility for apprenticeship management. From recruitment, through the development of training programs, to ensuring successful support and development of our apprentices, everything is in your hands.
In doing so, you consider legal as well as business requirements and guidelines, and you are a trusted contact person for training institutions and other stakeholders.
Learning & Development
You identify, in collaboration with the respective employees, the entire training needs of Beiersdorf and coordinate these with existing offerings, including budget planning and briefing.
You evaluate suitable internal and external providers, negotiate conditions, and ensure optimal implementation of the training.
You coordinate our entire training program and ensure smooth execution with measurable added value.
Employer Branding
You plan and organize appealing recruitment events and career fairs at universities and technical colleges and represent Beiersdorf as an attractive employer by participating in these events.
You strengthen the attention of your target group with creative social media activities and thus make a valuable contribution to the sustainable strengthening of our employer brand.
Onboarding
You design the entire onboarding process for new employees and ensure a positive and professional start in our company with a varied and informative Welcome Day.
Administrative Support
You take care of various administrative HR processes such as signature processes, file management, document scanning, etc.
Care Beyond Skin
As part of the CBS team Switzerland, you actively develop, organize, and design the annual CBS Days.
