Your tasks
- You are responsible for the personnel, professional and organizational management of seven employees.
- You manage the financial accounting of the Social Services as well as the accounting for subsistence security including reimbursement.
- You actively participate in budgeting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the department as well as in controlling.
- You handle the accounting tasks related to asset management for the clients of adult protection.
- You support tax and financial matters in the area of adult protection.
- You assist at the counter service: cash payments to clients.
- You are responsible for the organization and optimization of workflows and processes as well as for coordinating the interfaces with other areas.
- You lead and accompany projects (e.g. further development of digitalization).
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education as well as further training at the level of higher technical school or a federal certificate of competence (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting).
- You have a proven track record in finance and accounting.
- You have leadership experience and a completed leadership course or are willing to undertake appropriate further training.
- You are IT-savvy and have comprehensive know-how in accounting applications such as Tutoris.
- You are characterized by openness to new things, quick comprehension of contexts and goal-oriented work.
- You have no fear of contact when working with a wide variety of contacts, especially with people in emergency situations.
