About the job
To complement our motivated and dynamic team, we are immediately looking for an independent and loyal
Administration Employee with Focus on Public Relations - 70%
Your main tasks include:
- Answering calls, responding to inquiries by email and phone, as well as welcoming customers
- Organization and planning of the driving service
- Creation of content for communication measures on various channels, such as internal communication app, social media, website, print media
- Compliance with and assurance of corporate design (CI/CD)
- Organization and execution of events
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in the commercial field, marketing and/or communication
- Very good IT user skills (especially MS Office suite)
- Experience in social media management
- Editorial flair and confident German language skills
- Independent, resilient, communicative and a team player
- Experience in a Spitex organization is an advantage

Spitex Gäu is a non-profit organization and provides professional and comprehensive care and support at home on behalf of the municipalities of Egerkingen, Härkingen, Neuendorf, Niederbuchsiten, Oberbuchsiten and Oensingen, as well as outside the supply area. In addition to outpatient basic care, we also provide specialized services in the areas of palliative care, psychiatric care and wound care.
