Project ManagerLead industrial projects respecting costs, deadlines, quality, and HSE requirements Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external resources Be the main contact for project stakeholders Ensure regulatory compliance and project safety Deliver cross-functional services across the Monthey industrial park Manage industrial projects (investments, installation modifications, regulatory compliance, improvements) from preliminary design to completion Define needs (objectives, scope, schedule, budget, risks) Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, maintenance, HSE, purchasing, subcontractors) Manage interfaces with suppliers, external companies, consulting firms, and authorities if necessary Monitor project progress (deadlines, costs, quality, risks), manage risks, arbitrate (inter)dependencies, and implement appropriate corrective actions Ensure clear and regular communication with stakeholders (progress reports, indicators, alerts) Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements as well as internal directives Capitalize on feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices in the sector Support change management Facilitate the progress of CIMO projects and provide support to other project managers at CIMO Participate in training other project managers at CIMO Manage investment credit requests while ensuring coherence and quality of credit request files Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent training In-depth knowledge of project management (PMI and ISO) Computer skills: MS Office with advanced Excel and Project, SAP PPM and PS modules Language skills: French and English (target level B2) Autonomy, synthesis, flexibility, and open-mindedness to work in an evolving field and integrate into multiple multidisciplinary teams A strong corporate culture based on collaboration, trust, and respect A cutting-edge technological environment within an SME rooted in the regional economic fabric Real professional development opportunities, with continuous training as a strategic pillar Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility promoting work-life balance APPLY
