Tasks
- Intervene in emergency and crisis situations, managing conflicts effectively.
- Help establish a well-organized daily structure for our MNA.
- Act as a trusted contact person for all matters related to support.
Skills
- Completed education or vocational training; 2 years in asylum sector preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications required.
- B1 level in German and English, other languages are a plus.

- Intervene in emergency and crisis situations, manage conflicts and support in difficult situations
- Support a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introduce and accompany our MNA in their new environment
- Assume the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Support and contribute to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts
- Organize as well as guide and work situationally in the internal employment program (Workfare): preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning; enforcement of hygiene regulations, support with cooking and minor repair work
- Organize and carry out admissions, discharges and transfers
Requirements
- Completed school education and/or vocational training
- 2 years of professional experience in the asylum and refugee sector desired
- Career changers possible
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, and special private extract)
- German | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- Any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Driver's license category B desired
