Your profile
- Completed technical training with appropriate further education
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position in the metal processing industry
- Sound knowledge in production planning, process and cost optimization
- Communicative personality with assertiveness and decisiveness
- Social competence, team orientation, and enthusiasm for change
- Good knowledge of German
- Negotiation-level English would be a plus – but not a must
