What we are looking for
We are addressing trained professionals such as druggists, MPAs, and FaGes. You are an upbeat, independent, and proactive personality. You enjoy working at the front and daily customer contact. You have already worked in a similar position (ideally in the healthcare sector). You stay cool even in hectic phases and have no fear of using IT tools. Dialect is in your blood, and English works easily.
Your area of responsibility
You are the first contact for our customers - friendly, open, and competent. You advise them with a lot of empathy on health products, bandages, compression stockings, and health shoes. You support our orthopedists and specialists in receiving customers, coordinating appointments, and keeping an overview. Variety is guaranteed: sometimes you work at the front, sometimes you handle various back-office tasks. Telephone service and scheduling complete your workday.
