• Taking responsibility: You manage and are responsible for the nursing process for the patients assigned to you – your expertise makes the difference.
• Living teamwork: Together with colleagues, you work in tandem with FaGes, nursing assistants and nursing interns.
• Passing on knowledge: You are actively involved in the practical training of nursing students and apprentices and share your knowledge and experience.

• Training & experience: You have completed and recognised training in Switzerland as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH and have already gained initial experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland.
