Your Tasks
- Leadership and Coordination: You lead a team of eight employees in the areas of cleaning and laundry, plan the deployment times, and ensure the smooth running of daily tasks in our in-house laundry
- Service Provider Management: You operationally manage our external providers in the areas of cleaning and laundry and ensure compliance with the contractually agreed services for our headquarters as well as for our external locations
- Budget Responsibility: You are responsible for cost control, planning, and adherence to the budget
- Quality: You ensure with your team that our quality standards are met
- Processes: You optimize internal work processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Cleanliness and Laundry Care: You actively participate in the internal laundry as needed
- Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from various departments and contribute to a positive working atmosphere with your attitude. Respectful interaction and mutual support are a matter of course for you
Your Profile
- Experience: You bring experience from cleaning, hospitality, or laundry and feel equally comfortable in operational processes as well as in coordination. You already have some experience in a leadership role
- IT Skills: You have good user knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and preferably experience with a CAFM system
- Professional Appearance: Neat appearance, as there is contact with guests as well as patients
- Personality: You are service-oriented and always communicate in a customer-focused and positive manner. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you work reliably, resiliently, and flexibly – even in challenging situations
- Language: Good German skills in spoken and written form
