Function Objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through excellent advice and proactive support
✓ Development and implementation of individual designs and solutions considering the financial situation and goals of the clients
✓ Comprehensive legal advice and support for wealthy individuals and family businesses in all legal matters, particularly:
- Estate planning
- Asset management
- Tax optimization
- Business succession
✓ Drafting wills, trusts, marriage contracts, and other legal documents for asset protection and transfer
✓ Development and implementation of strategies for asset protection and optimization, including international structures
✓ Advice on complex tax issues, including the design of tax strategies and representation before tax authorities
✓ Participation in the development of new products and services
✓ Active collaboration in an international team
✓ Participation in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI
MbO / Metrics:
The target agreement is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria. The focus is on

Professional Competence
Education:
✓ Swiss attorney's license and top qualifications
✓ Additional studies in business law, tax law, or family law
Work Experience:
✓ 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or asset management
Languages:
