Department: Life Sciences and Facility Management

Start of work: From May 1, 2026, or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to 1 year, with the option of extension or transfer to a permanent employment relationship.

Participation in sensory testing of food within the accredited testing center
Support in applied research projects in the field of food sensory analysis
Assistance in the preparation and implementation of courses and continuing education modules
Preparation of test results, study reports, and teaching materials
Participation in the organization and execution of training sessions and test panels
University degree (FH/Uni) in food technology, nutritional sciences, sensory analysis, or related fields
Interest and ideally experience in sensory analysis, scientific work, and/or teaching
Careful and structured working style, teamwork skills, communication skills
Willingness to familiarize yourself with regulatory and testing requirements
Knowledge of common specialized tools and software programs: e.g., LimeSurvey, Fizz, R / XLStat, as well as very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
