Department: Life Sciences and Facility Management
Start of work: From May 1, 2026, or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to 1 year, with the option of extension or transfer to a permanent employment relationship.
- Participation in sensory testing of food within the accredited testing center
- Support in applied research projects in the field of food sensory analysis
- Assistance in the preparation and implementation of courses and continuing education modules
- Preparation of test results, study reports, and teaching materials
- Participation in the organization and execution of training sessions and test panels
- University degree (FH/Uni) in food technology, nutritional sciences, sensory analysis, or related fields
- Interest and ideally experience in sensory analysis, scientific work, and/or teaching
- Careful and structured working style, teamwork skills, communication skills
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with regulatory and testing requirements
- Knowledge of common specialized tools and software programs: e.g., LimeSurvey, Fizz, R / XLStat, as well as very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
