Main tasks
- Conducting supervisory discussions on interest rate risks with banks, audit firms, and authorities (e.g., within the framework of on-site audits by FINMA)
- Comprehensive, regular assessment of the interest rate risk situation of individual banks or banking groups based on regulatory and internal key figures
- Collaboration with line supervision and internal units to assess interest rate risk-related topics and risk interactions
- Development and review of reports on interest rate risks using common software tools
Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in economics (e.g., finance, banking with a quantitative focus) or a comparable field
- At least 7 years of professional experience in risk management or finance at banks with in-depth knowledge in interest rate risk management
- Good skills to understand complex contexts and communicate appropriately in writing and orally
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as good French skills (B2) are mandatory. Good English skills (B2).
